When we first entered Nokia's website, the first thing we realized that we were able to see the navigations immediately. It was neatly placed right at the top of the website and was easily seeable.

The website has ample amount of information for consumers who wishes to purchase their phone and seeking for the specification of each individual phones.

This website has effective use of colours. The speed of download for its products was fast and also has a survey for its consumers to do.

 

 

 

The website was messy and the colour combination made it hard and uncomfortable for consumers to navigate around easily.

This website did not provide a lot of information about their phones on the website.

The website was quite messy at first sight. The background picture stopped only at half of the page. The website felt as if it was half done.

 

This website was neatly organized and information under each category was presented on the homepage. This brought about greater convenience for consumers.

This website has indication of authenticity. Information for its phones available is sufficient provided for.

Sony Ericsson had stuck with a single colour for its website. This uniform colour made it comfortable for consumers. Also, despite its many products, the download was still fast.

 

 

When we used their search engine to look for the latest phone they have available, the results came up to zero.

LG had not used a range of colours to beautify its website. The website is moderately boring.

 

The search engine is relatively useful. When typed “latest phone”, the search engine was able to provide consumers with news of its latest phones.

The information provided for each phone was sufficiently provided for. As not much phone jargon was used, consumers were able to understand better.

Consumers are not able to reach the Motorola service center efficiently as the website had only provided its hotline. There are no other alternatives provided.
